Let me begin by saying my family have been associated with this office since 2006. And I pride myself on finding great care and loyalty to skilled professionals. More recently I have been a bit disappointed with certain elements of service at this office (Arlington, TX). I feel that Dr. Hensley and PA-Brandt (Rich) are quite knowledgeable and through in terms of dermatological treatment. And they both exhibit a genuine and kind interest in you as a person. If you are looking for excellent customer care in their medical profession, Maria, Misti and Miriam are the ones that have rendered it. Kudos to you!!

The only bad thing is that you offer a website to pay your bill online and it doesn't work, it's not friendly at all and it asks you for a code, that you have to speak to your provider to obtain it ??? and when you call they take too long. I don't have their time.
In these times that everyone is so busy, it would be nice to be able to use technology for this type of situation without major problem. I ended up sending it by regular mail smh!!
